Our family is new to Alabama recently moving here from Cincinnati ,Ohio. We were active in our church back home and are looking for a new home church. We have 6 adult children who we left with their families in Ohio but we have 4 boys ranging from 7-15.

It was great to find out that you have a website. It will be easier to keep up with what God is doing in and through you. The ministry of Mount Pleasant Baptist impacted me greatly as I was growing up. My passion for the Lord and for missions is a result of God working in my life while in my teens there at MPBC. I think of you guys often and pray for you when I do that God will continue to use you to raise up the next generation of laborers for His harvest fields. Mark Silvers

I think of the 8 years of my life that I grew up at Mount Pleasant with fondness. Great to see many of the faces are "fruit that remains." I wished that I had known about the anniversary and I would have made every attempt to come.

Great to see your website. Enjoyed seeing my Dad, Gerald Miller, in the slide show photo in the new building along with Bobby Paul and Frances Frachiseur!! I have great memories of Mt. Pleasant Baptist church singing in the youth choir, bus routes, and attending church services with other great people there!
Do you have the history of the former pastors at Mt. Pleasant with their years of service on your website? I know as I think back of the former pastors, I am having trouble remembering what years they were there.
Praise God for your 150th annv. sunday at Mt. Pleasant!!

Thanks for the wonderful day on Sunday, June 28th celebrating 150 years for Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church. I had a good time visiting with everyone and seeing the new building. Thanks Allen McClellan for the wonderful message and to everyone for helping make the day a success. I really enjoyed all of the music selections and the hospitality displayed by all. A special thanks to all of the ladies who helped with setting up the food and for cleaning up the kitchen! Hope to visit you again sometime in the future.

I visited your website for the first time today as my Father, Gerald Miller, is visiting with me and my family today. He gave me the website address and asked me to access the site. I attended Mt. Pleasant Church back in the 70s-early 80s along with my two brothers and sister. Congratulations on your website and will ask my brothers and sister to look at your website.
